and how you lead

You're not broken. You're misaligned.

It was supposed to feel better than this.

And alignment can be restored. In Congruent, Gabe Smith hands you the framework he uses with C-suite leaders every week to align who you are, what you value, and how you lead into a life that flows.

By Gabe Smith. Executive advisor, leadership coach, and combat veteran.

The silent crisis of modern leadership

You've done everything right. You've built the career, hit the numbers, earned the title. And somewhere along the way, a quiet question started following you into the room: why doesn't this feel like my life?

That feeling has a name. It's incongruence, the gap between who you say you are and how you actually live. It doesn't announce itself. It accumulates quietly, in calendars that don't match your values, in a version of yourself you perform at work, in an exhaustion that no vacation seems to fix.

Here's the truth most leadership advice misses: no productivity system, app, or harder push can close that gap. You don't need to do more. You need to get aligned.

More than a book. A path to alignment.

Practical tools to help you move from insight to action.

Congruent goes beyond ideas and inspiration. Inside, you'll discover assessments, exercises, and proven frameworks to help you understand your story, clarify what matters most, identify where you've drifted, and take meaningful steps toward a more aligned life.

“I’ve chased every definition of success. Congruent names the thing none of it fixed, and shows you the way back to yourself.”
— Alex Peykoff, Wall Street Journal bestselling author and founder of Satisfied Life
